Duration: 60 Min
After purchase you'll receive a booking link to schedule your call at a time that suits you. Before the session, you'll be asked to share a few details about your space — photos, measurements, and anything specific you'd like to cover. Your designer reviews these in advance so the call is focused from the start.
Anything to do with your space — furniture layout, style direction, colour choices, what to keep or replace, sourcing ideas, or how to pull a room together on a specific budget. The session is completely tailored to you. It is advisory only: your designer will guide and recommend, but will not produce technical drawings, mood boards, or full design documents during the call.
60 minutes works well for a single room or a focused question. 90 or 120 minutes gives more room to cover multiple areas, go deeper on sourcing, or work through a larger project together. If you're unsure, 90 minutes is a safe choice — you can always end early.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Everything you need to

know

What's the difference between session lengths?

+

60 minutes is ideal for a focused question — one layout decision, a sourcing direction, or a quick sanity check. 90–120 minutes lets you go deeper: reviewing a full floor plan, working through multiple options, or covering several related decisions. 180 minutes suits larger spaces or more complex briefs.

Do I need a Formed & Furnished package to book?

+

No. The call is open to anyone working on a home project. If you have a package, we pick up where your plan left off. If you're coming independently, we start fresh with your brief.

What if I don't send anything before the call?

+

The call still goes ahead. Sharing materials beforehand helps your designer prepare, but it's not required. If you'd rather talk through everything live, that works too.

What video platform is used?

+

Google Meet. You'll receive the link in your calendar confirmation. No account needed to join from a browser.

Is the call recorded?

+

No. Instead, you receive written notes within 24 hours covering everything discussed, recommendations, next steps and any references agreed during the session.
