These are the five Kave Home pieces I keep coming back to in my projects, and every one of them looks far more expensive than it actually is. From small everyday details to a proper statement, here they are, in order.

1. The Granite bar chair
A beautiful 70s inspired design with soft curves and that contrast of chenille against solid ash in a walnut finish. Seating at the kitchen island is usually an afterthought. This one turns it intentional.

2. The Bedala table lamp
I kept seeing this handmade papier-mâché finish everywhere in Milan during design week. When it's off, it reads as an art piece. When it's on, the bulb stays hidden and the light is soft and indirect. Perfect for bedrooms.

3. The Llonga terracotta planters
Oversized, with a natural handmade feel, and you get two. Nothing changes a space quite like something oversized in an empty corner, whether you add a plant or leave it on its own.

4. The alabaster pieces
Such a distinct, delicate material, it really speaks for itself. On a coffee table or a bookshelf, on top of some books, this is everyday luxury in its quietest form.

5. The Pirita tables
The investment piece, and it looks like it costs far more than it does. Real marble or travertine on a solid oak base, with an organic, irregular shape that reads as sculptural. I'd place them in twos, the little sister next to the larger one, and mix the finishes.
