What can I discuss during the call?
Anything related to your package and your space. Most people use the time to walk through layout options, confirm furniture placement, or ask about styling and finishing touches. If something in the package is unclear, this is the place to sort it.
When should I book, before or after I start setting up my space?
Either works. Booking before you start is great for getting clarity on layout and placement before you move anything. Booking once you've begun means you can ask specific questions with your space in front of you. Most customers find it most useful to book once they've had a chance to review their package.
What should I prepare before the call?
Nothing is required. Sharing a floor plan or a few photos of your space beforehand helps the designer come prepared with specific suggestions, but it is entirely optional.

One of our interior designers — the same level of expertise that went into curating your package.
Can I reschedule my call?
Yes. You can reschedule directly through the booking confirmation email at any time before your slot.
What if 30 minutes is not enough?
If you would like to go deeper — covering multiple rooms, full styling direction, or more complex decisions — you can book a paid consultation at any time. Sessions are available in 60, 90, 120 and 180 minutes.
